I'll post a photo when we get it, but the story is: James and I were out doing our usual Saturday thrifting when a friend called on James' cell. Our friend Ian was at Lowe's and struck a major deal vein while there! You know the 7 ft tall rolling aluminum carts that plants are on? Well, the nursery dept was clearancing them for 5.00!! We bought one and a 40.00 broadcaster for 3.49! Ergo, I have been in the yard with the shovel almost all day long. You know, in Florida we plant flowers whenever we feel like it.
Here's a partial listing of our new plants
5 or so house plants (coffee, croton, bromeliad and scheffelera)
about 36 Poinsettias
about 40 large snapdragons (yellow and pink)
8 dusty miller
7 rosemary
and a bunch of other stuff...can you all believe???
Oh, we love the great deal!! We revel in it...we search it out...I could go on...
