We hosted our first Easter egg hunt yesterday. I had a blast! Hope everyone else who was here had fun as well. Today, I am suffering with a stopped ear so any and all prayers along with remedy tips are much appreciated.
The kids hunted for eggs by flashlight, so we don't have any photos. However, we set up the tripod during the beautiful day and took some group shots. Here's a sampling of what we got. The ElfGirl and James are such photogenic subjects that I could barely control my shutter finger...

Another blogger I read had success easing her ear infection by putting a clove of garlic with the tip cut off in her ear.
My personal home decongestant remedy is cider vinegar with hot water and a little honey.
We've done well with a hot rice compress to the ear. Put about a cup of rice in an old sock and tie it off. Warm it up in the microwave and hold it to your ear.
