I'm pretty excited to be writing me first meme...even if I did have to hint around to Gardener Greg that I would love to be tagged. Okay, okay, I am not a hinter type of person. I pretty much begged to be tagged!
What was the name of the teacher that was most influential in your life from grades K through 6?
The first teacher who comes to mind is Mrs. Anderson from Simpson High School. She was my 3rd grade teacher and gave me my first and only swats with a paddle. She was a tough, fiery red-haired lady if I remember correctly. I was also diagnosed with thyroid disease that year and she is the one who alerted my parents to a possible problem.
What subject did you favor in high school?
That really changed from year to year. 9th: English; 10th: Drama; 11th: Physics; 12th: Pre-Calculus/History/Chemistry
Did you attend a university and if so, did you attain a degree?
Yes and yes, BA in Speech Communications
Do you learn best through books, by watching, or hands - on?
Definitely by hands-on. Watching someone or looking at diagrams in books does not work for me at all!
Has education been an ongoing process for you? How do you feel about that?
Ongoing definitely. I concentrated on a variety of minors in college so I would have a good background. Now, I can focus on my varied interests, as I find them!
What seven people are you tagging to do this?
Rich, Linda, Jessica, Hollis Baker, Antique Mommy, Melissa and Stephanie

Woo-hoo! I love this meme! Thanks for tagging me :-)
I loved my speech class in college. I'm a shy person, by nature, but I have absolutely no problem getting up in front of people when I think I know what I'm talking about ;-)
Fun getting to you know a bit. :-)
